If you want to study something as random as Public Policy, you might as well get into a top school like the Harvard Kennedy School.

I would like to work for an NGO. Not a fake one. I might end up studying for PhD. Got 13,000 US$ per year funding at JHU public policy. I don't think I'll take it up. Got an admit at American University - SPA as well.

Where do you add value to someone (a firm, individual, trust, governement, whatever)? If you can add value, you can make a million bucks even after studying English literature.

I may not be able to add value right now. I have been interning with a small think tank for the last 6 months. Hoping to get there soon. UMich is highly rated for their public policy program.
