NH7 and Flipkart have joined forces and officially launched the Online NH7 Store on Flipkart, giving fans a much needed central avenue for purchasing digital releases by our favourite indie rockers. For those concerned about how burdensome it might be on the pocket, we say fret not. The tracks are available at very affordable prices and on an accessible platform: singles range from Rs. 6 to Rs. 15 and Rs. 20 to Rs. 150 for whole albums and EPs. We hear happy screams of ‘Plenty!’, with the new venture making underground independent music as available to us as the aggressive and unfiltered mainstream.

The library boasts of over 50 artists’ albums and EPs available for purchase, including the newly launched Skyharbor debut, as well as music by eclectic Delhi-outfit Peter Cat Recording Co., Swarathma, the daddies at Pentagram, Midival Punditz, Scribe, electro-duo Shaa’ir & Func, Dualist Inquiry, Karsh Kale, and so so many others.  This truly is good news, gentlereaders. We hope, for music’s sake, that this is one small step for man, and a huge leap not-into-a-crater.
