Edition-9, Bass Camp Festival in 10 cities

Promising to go across 10 cities this year between November 30th and December 9th., Bass Camp Festival will cover Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Goa, Shillong, Guwahati and Chandigarh.

In the Indian independent music context, KRUNK, an events, bookings & artist management agency specializing in the finest local and international talent has found its niche and subtly thrives on a community that is supportive and receptive of their work in live music entertainment.

 

Bass Camp is one such effort that is promoting cutting edge electronic music like drum n bass, dubstep, glitch hop, drumstep and more becoming India’s first and only Bass heavy electronic music festival. Founded in 2010, Bass Camp has covered all the major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Goa. Nine editions old, each year the festival invites one international headliner that is supported by some of the most cutting edge Indian DJs.

 

DJs like ALIX PEREZ (UK), EPROM (US), SWINDLE (UK), LONDON ELEKTRICITY (UK), KOAN SOUND (UK), DUB PHIZIX (UK), CONCORD DAWN (NZ), JAZZSTEPPA (UK, Germany), KLUTE (UK, Commercial Suicide), NU:TONE (UK, Hospital Records), Osmani Soundz (UK, Nasha Records), Bandish Projekt (Mumbai), Bay Beat Collective aka BBC (Mumbai), BASSFoundation (Delhi), DJ Uri (U.K), Vachan Chinnappa (Bangalore), Nucleya (Delhi) have all been part of the festival in the past.

 

KRUNK has been able to win the support of the best clubs in the country while programming some of the most exciting artists and correct associations with brands. Bass Camp has been hugely influential in spreading the culture of reggae and bass music in the country. This has been made possible by the stellar line-up of the talents showcased, innovative promotion strategies coupled with testimonials from the regular attendees.

 

Promising to go across 10 cities this year between November 30th and December 9th., this edition will cover Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Goa, Shillong, Guwahati and Chandigarh. Paper Queen, EZ Riser, Tarqeeb, Smokey, Raka and Midland Sparks are some of the names in the domestic list of headliners and impressively Jim Coles aka Om Unit from England, a hip-hop, dubstep, ambient, jungle, footwork giant joined by Kutmah from London comprise the international category of headliners.
